How to use
- Cold: place in the freezer until it reaches the temperature you want.
- Warm: heat following the provided instructions.
- Always place a cloth or thin towel between the compress and bare skin.
- Apply for up to 20 minutes at a time, then allow the skin to return to normal temperature.
Care instructions
Wipe clean after use and store in a cool, dry place. Do not microwave beyond the stated time, do not pierce, and discard if the outer seal is damaged.
